One of my favorite things to do when I go home is to look through photo albums.  Some of those are from my own childhood - memories of homes now sold, friends far away, and travels around the globe.  I also enjoy looking through portraits of family long past.  Great grandparents, grand-aunts, cousins many times removed, all immortalized through photographs.  As I raise my own children, I realize the importance of capturing these memories to an even greater degree.

My job as a newborn and child photographer is to seek out those quick and glorious memories that are so easily forgotten.  My philosophy is one of simplicity, especially when photographing the sweetness of childhood.  I aim to capture the love felt in the moment, the organic feel of a family, and the beauty of childhood.  I want you to have cherished artwork of these memories that will become heirlooms for your family for years to come.

When I'm not running about with the camera, you can always find me exploring nooks with my two children, cuddled up with a good book, or knitting in front of a movie.  I am an avid horsewoman and always enjoy a good adventure!
